Carson Paradis is a Canadian American photographer and visual storyteller exploring the intersection of the arts, science, and social issues.
Blending a foundation in human physiology with documentary practice, he brings a research-driven approach to visual storytelling.
His work spans photojournalism, concert photography, and short documentary projects.
Recently, Paradis developed a documentary project drawing from natural and human landscapes to reveal deeper narratives on the Po river in northern Italy. Highlighted are the impacts of climate change, drought, deluge and human connection to the local community and ecosystem.
Carson is the Photo Editor for the Cambridge Somerville Independent
